He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Curtis spearheads most of the day to day management of the Company having had great experience as the Owner and manager of Beyond Homes Limited, a reputable local Construction Company and Office World Limited.
Kurlyn D. V. Merchant
Director
Graduating from one of London's finest Master's level Law Programmes, Kurlyn has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading the contractural and administrative aspects of the development, Kurlyn has made a name for herself . Recently founding Merchant Legal Chambers, Kurlyn has managed to coin her legal skills with her management skills. She seeks to make Affluent Homes Limited (Nevis) a positive asset to the community.
